Hey guys as you know the main core concept of Datamine is completely 100% decentralized DeFi platform.

In essence Datamine is a set of permanent, immutable smart contracts. The ecosystem is currently running by itself with proven on-chain velocity.

Since there is no owner of Datamine we want to decentralize the last few pieces. If you guys haven't realized the whole Datamine Ecosystem has been running by itself for the past 2 months!

I have asked to relinquish his Marketing position in favor of true decentralization.

This might seem like a strange time to do this, but you have to remember that neuromaniac also works 80 hour shifts.

However the ecosystem MUST be truly decentralized and I feel like we got to a good place now as a community where we no longer need neuromaniac's time.

I am extremely thankful for all the things this community member helped me with and he deserves a round of applause. 👏

PLEASE NOTE: This does not change our development timeline. Datamine DeFi Alpha invitations are happening next week! If we decentralize Datamine 100%, I can focus my time entirely on the analytics portion and turn that into a real company.

As you realize I am now the last centralized part of Datamine. We'll figure out how to decentralize me in the future but for now I will assume control over both marketing and development. 🔥

Datamine trading has officially launched on Uniswap

Uniswap is a decentralized ERC-20 token exchange. The beauty of this exchange is that you can swap DAM to any ERC-20 token. You can also swap ERC-20 tokens with each other. What does this mean for Datamine?

With Uniswap, you can exchange DAM to ETH, ETH to DAM, or DAM to ANY other ERC-20 token! Uniswap is a simple, smart contract interface for swapping ERC20 tokens. It is an amazing decentralized tool fantastic for the Ethereum system and seamless integration with Datamine token. You are always in FULL control over your money. When you execute a transaction, the exchange automatically exchanges DAM into ETH or any ERC-20 token of your choice.

The exchange works using liquidity pools. Basically, you have large pools of tokens that sit in smart contracts. In under an hour, there's already 4.4 ETH and 1,895 DAM in these pools. In the last 24 hours, Uniswap had nearly $6,264,240 in trading volume.

You can also take advantage of liquidity pools and become a liquidity provider by depositing an equal amount of ETH and DAM. By depositing ETH and DAM, you provide liquidity for the swapping of the tokens on Uniswap. Liquidity providers receive a 0.3% fee per swap.

As the ETH network continues to clear up transactions that were slowed due to high pool load, you will now start seeing DAM tokens arrive in your wallet. The Graviex swap was officially a success.
